We have now prepared a draft Supplementary Planning Document pdf that will guide how development progresses at Dunton Hills Garden Village in the future using information gathered during the co-design consultation and guidelines set out in the draft Framework Masterplan Document. We hope that you will be able to see where your input has made a difference to the preparation of the SPD. The information gathered in the co-design, and a summary of how it has helped to inform the SPD is set out in the Co-Design Summary Report pdf.
The draft SPD went to Council’s Planning, Resources and Economic Development Committee on 17 March 2021 and was approved for a 6 week consultation period following local elections. View the report.
